Putting movement into your day, every day is critical.
Mornings are best because it sets you up for the day. Helps you with clarity of thought and the feel-good endorphins are running through your body.
If you don’t have time just think you will eventually have to make time to be sick. It doesn’t stop there, you need to move throughout your day.
Try setting an alarm for every hour and stand, stretch and go for a brief walk. Maybe head out to the kitchen for a glass of water. Structuring your time by working in time blocks is not only good for your health but makes a big difference in quality of your work and your productivity .
Time for a meeting? Have a walking meeting and lunchtime is a perfect excuse to go for a walk. Take your delicious home packed lunch out into the fresh air and walk and eat.
